Who created this journal?

In truth, we all did.

This journal emerged from our collective journey inward.

It was born from years of our own journeys – seeking, sensing, stumbling, awakening and peeling back layers to reconnect with the Authentic Self, the pure “I am”.

Our experiences, struggles and breakthroughs have been woven into these pages, expressed through simple words and everyday examples.

This isn’t about adopting a new belief system. We don’t claim to have all the answers. Instead, we invite You to find your own way, dare to go deeper and beyond all imposed walls, and discover truth through your own experience.
